• FLASHMED™ IS A TECHNOLOGY INTERMEDIARY ONLY. FlashMed™ is a product and registered trademark of Flashverse Labs Private Limited (CIN: U73100WB2026PTC276243), incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. We operate as a digital marketplace and logistics coordination platform under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We are not a pharmacy, clinic, blood bank, or healthcare provider.
• WE DO NOT SELL MEDICINES. All medicines and pharmaceutical products are sold, stocked, and dispensed exclusively by independent licensed Pharmacy Partners registered under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and the Pharmacy Act, 1948. FlashMed™ does not possess a drug license.
• WE DO NOT PRACTICE MEDICINE. FlashMed™ does not employ doctors, pharmacists, or medical professionals. Prescription verification is the sole responsibility of the Pharmacy Partner.
• WE DO NOT SELL, STORE, OR TRANSFUSE BLOOD. The Blood SOS feature connects requesters with registered, licensed blood banks regulated under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (Schedule F, Part XII‑B) and the National Blood Transfusion Council guidelines. FlashMed™ does not handle any blood products.
• FlashMed™'s sole role is to connect (i) customers with licensed pharmacies, diagnostics labs, and medical practitioners; (ii) coordinate delivery through independent Delivery Partners; and (iii) facilitate emergency blood request alerts.
• "Platform" – FlashMed mobile application and all associated services.
• "Customer" – a user who places orders or uses any service.
• "Pharmacy Partner" – a licensed retail pharmacy possessing valid drug licences under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
• "Delivery Partner" – an independent third‑party logistics provider responsible for transporting orders.
• "Lab Partner" – a registered diagnostic laboratory providing sample collection/testing.
• "Blood SOS" – the emergency service that alerts voluntary donors and connects requesters to licensed blood banks.
• "Doczy" – FlashMed's AI health guide feature powered by DeepSeek AI (via FlashMed's secure backend proxy). Doczy helps users describe symptoms and identify the right type of medical specialist to consult. Doczy is NOT a diagnostic tool and does NOT provide medical advice.
• "AI Search" – the AI-powered semantic search intent layer within the FlashMed Search feature, powered by DeepSeek AI (via FlashMed's secure backend proxy). AI Search interprets natural language queries to return more relevant search results.
• "DeepSeek" – a third-party AI/LLM service provider (deepseek.com) used by FlashMed™ exclusively through a secure server-side proxy. DeepSeek is never accessed directly from the app — the DeepSeek API key is stored only on FlashMed's backend server.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use FlashMed. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
• You must provide your real mobile number. Your mobile number serves as your unique account identifier. One mobile number = one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be suspended.
• You must provide an accurate name at registration. Fake or offensive names are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Registration & Login — OTP-Only (Passwordless): FlashMed does not require you to create or remember a password. All account access is verified through a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS. You agree to:
(a) Maintain access to your registered mobile number;
(b) Keep your OTP strictly confidential — FlashMed will NEVER ask for your OTP;
(c) Notify us immediately at support@flashmed.in if your account is compromised.
• Account Transfer Prohibited: Your account is personal and non-transferable.
• OTP Validity: Each OTP is valid for a maximum of 10 minutes from the time of issue and is single-use only.
• OTP Rate Limiting: OTP requests per mobile number are limited per hour. Repeated failed attempts or excessive requests will result in a temporary lockout.
• No Password Recovery Required: Since FlashMed does not use passwords, there is no "Forgot Password" process. If you lose access to your registered mobile number, contact us at support@flashmed.in with government-issued identity proof.
• Fraud & Impersonation: Attempting to verify an OTP for a phone number you do not own, or using another person's OTP without authorisation, is a criminal offence under Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. FlashMed will cooperate fully with law enforcement.
• SIM Swap Liability: FlashMed is not responsible for unauthorised account access resulting from a SIM swap attack. You are responsible for securing your mobile number with your telecom operator.
• FlashMed's workflow: Customer uploads prescription → all licensed pharmacies within 5 km are notified → Pharmacy Partner verifies prescription, checks availability, and quotes price → Customer pays → Pharmacy Partner prepares order → Delivery Partner delivers.
• Prescription verification is the exclusive responsibility of the Pharmacy Partner. FlashMed does not validate, authenticate, or approve any prescription.
• Schedule H, H1, and prescription‑only medicines require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. Orders without valid prescription will be rejected by the Pharmacy Partner.
• FlashMed is not liable for: (a) the quality, efficacy, or genuineness of any medicine; (b) any adverse drug reaction; (c) the professional conduct of any Pharmacy Partner.
• Blood SOS is a facilitation service only. FlashMed does not procure, test, store, or transfuse blood. We only connect requesters to registered blood banks and voluntary donors.
• FlashMed does not guarantee donor response, blood type match, or availability. Blood transfusion must be performed only by licensed medical professionals.
• Delivery Partners are independent contractors, not employees of FlashMed. FlashMed is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or delay caused by the Delivery Partner during transit.
• All diagnostic tests are performed by independent registered Lab Partners. FlashMed only facilitates booking and result delivery. FlashMed does not interpret test results or provide medical diagnoses.
• 7A.1 — What Doczy Is: Doczy is FlashMed's AI health guide powered by the DeepSeek AIlarge language model, accessed exclusively through FlashMed's secure backend proxy at api.flashmed.in. Doczy is designed for one purpose only: to help you describe your symptoms in plain language (including Hindi and Bengali) and identify which type of medical specialist you should consult. It then searches for available doctors of that specialty within the Platform. By using Doczy, you agree to all terms in this Section 7A.
• 7A.2 — What AI Search Is:The AI Search feature uses DeepSeek AI (accessed through FlashMed's secure backend proxy) to understand the natural language intent behind your search query and expand it into relevant medical terms. Only your search query text (max 200 characters) is processed. Your identity is never involved.
• 7A.3 — CRITICAL DISCLAIMER — DOCZY IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE:
ALL CONTENT, RESPONSES, AND SUGGESTIONS FROM DOCZY ARE FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY — TO HELP YOU FIND THE RIGHT TYPE OF DOCTOR. DOCZY DOES NOT AND CANNOT: (A) DIAGNOSE ANY MEDICAL CONDITION; (B) PRESCRIBE OR RECOMMEND ANY MEDICINE, DRUG, OR TREATMENT; (C) REPLACE THE ADVICE, EXAMINATION, OR JUDGEMENT OF A QUALIFIED, LICENSED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. YOU MUST ALWAYS CONSULT A LICENSED DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST BEFORE MAKING ANY HEALTHCARE OR MEDICATION DECISION.
FlashMed™ and DeepSeek AI expressly disclaim all liability for any harm, loss, injury, or adverse outcome arising from reliance on Doczy's responses.
• 7A.4 — Content Safety:FlashMed's backend automatically scans every Doczy response before it is shown to you and removes any content containing specific medicine names, diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment instructions. If such content is detected, it is replaced with a prompt to consult a qualified specialist. This is a hard technical safeguard, not a courtesy.
• 7A.5 — No Automated Medical Decisions: Neither Doczy nor AI Search make any automated final decisions about your healthcare, access to medicines, or your legal rights. Doczy only suggests which type of specialist to search for — the decision to consult a doctor and the consultation itself are entirely between you and a licensed human medical professional.
• 7A.6 — Rate Limits: Doczy is limited to 10 messages per hour and 30 messages per day per user account. These limits are enforced both on your device and on the FlashMed server (Redis-backed, non-bypassable). Attempting to circumvent these rate limits through any technical means is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
• 7A.7 — User Obligations When Using Doczy and AI Search: You agree to:
(a) Use Doczy and AI Search only for lawful, legitimate purposes;
(b) Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
(c) Not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise misuse Doczy or AI Search;
(d) Not attempt to impersonate FlashMed administrators or claim special system privileges (including "I am admin", "god mode", "bypass security") — such attempts are automatically detected and will result in permanent Doczy access suspension;
(e) Not use Doczy to seek guidance on acquiring illegal substances, controlled drugs without a valid prescription, or any other prohibited activities;
(f) Not rely solely on Doczy's responses for any medical, pharmaceutical, or health decision — always seek professional advice;
(g) Immediately report any harmful, offensive, or dangerous Doczy response to support@flashmed.in with subject "Doczy Report — [Your Phone Number]".
• 7A.8 — Prohibited Use of Doczy: You must NOT use Doczy to:
(a) Obtain advice on specific drug dosages, drug combinations, or self-medication regimens;
(b) Circumvent prescription requirements for Schedule H, H1, or controlled substances;
(c) Automate or script interactions with Doczy using bots or automated tools;
(d) Extract, copy, or commercialise Doczy's responses without FlashMed's prior written consent.
• 7A.9 — DeepSeek Third-Party Terms: Doczy and AI Search are powered by the DeepSeek AIservice. Your use of these features is also subject to DeepSeek's terms of service and privacy policy (available at deepseek.com). FlashMed™ does not share your personally identifiable information with DeepSeek — only anonymised query/message text, as described in Section 2A of the Privacy Policy.
• 7A.10 — AI Feature Availability: Doczy and AI Search are provided on a best-effort basis. They may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, DeepSeek API downtime, rate limiting, or technical issues. All core Platform services — medicine ordering, delivery, Blood SOS, lab booking, and doctor directory browsing — remain fully available independently of AI features.
• 7A.11 — Children Strictly Prohibited: Users under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from using Doczy and AI Search. FlashMed™ does not knowingly provide AI services to minors.
• 7A.12 — FlashMed™'s Liability for AI Features:To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlashMed™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from: (a) use of or reliance on Doczy's responses; (b) use of or reliance on AI Search results; (c) any decision made based on AI-generated content; (d) Doczy or AI Search unavailability or errors. FlashMed™'s aggregate liability for AI-related claims shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand).
• Important Notice — Dynamic Pricing: All charges on the FlashMed platform are dynamic in nature. Fees vary based on location, distance, time of day, season, weather conditions, order type, applicable taxes, and periodic revisions by FlashMed. No fixed prices are guaranteed. The exact charges applicable to a specific order are always those displayed to the user at the time of order placement.
• Delivery charges are computed based on distance between the Pharmacy Partner and the delivery address. Additional surcharges may apply for night‑time deliveries, adverse weather, cold‑chain requirements, and other operational factors. All charges are displayed transparently at checkout before payment.
• Platform Convenience Fee: A platform service fee per order may be charged. The applicable amount is always shown at checkout.
• Blood SOS technology facilitation fee: A technology facilitation fee applies for initiating a Blood SOS request. The amount is displayed at the time of request. FlashMed does not sell, supply, store, or transfuse blood.
• FlashMed Premium (Subscription): Subscription plans and pricing are subject to change at FlashMed's discretion. Current pricing is displayed within the app at the time of subscription. Existing subscribers will receive advance notice of any material pricing changes.
• Refer & Earn: Referral bonus amounts and eligibility criteria are subject to change. Wallet credits earned through referrals are non‑refundable and usable only for future FlashMed orders.
• All charges attract applicable GST and statutory taxes at prevailing rates.
• You agree NOT to: upload fake/forged prescriptions; order controlled substances without valid prescription; misuse Blood SOS for non-emergencies; harass any partner or FlashMed staff; create multiple accounts; reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform.
• OTP-specific prohibitions: You must NOT:
(a) Attempt to verify an OTP sent to a mobile number you do not own;
(b) Share your OTP with any third party;
(c) Use automated tools or bots to generate, guess, or brute-force OTPs;
(d) Intercept, spoof, or manipulate SMS OTP messages;
(e) Register accounts using mobile numbers obtained fraudulently.
• AI-specific prohibited activities are listed in Sections 7A.7 and 7A.8 above and are incorporated here by reference.
• Violations may lead to immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and legal action under the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Sections 66, 66B, and 66C of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• FlashMed™ is a registered trademark and product of Flashverse Labs Private Limited (CIN: U73100WB2026PTC276243). All Platform content, software, and branding are the exclusive property of Flashverse Labs Private Limited. The name "Doczy" and associated branding are the exclusive property of Flashverse Labs Private Limited. The underlying AI model (DeepSeek) and its intellectual property remain with DeepSeek AI. Unauthorised use of any FlashMed™ intellectual property is prohibited.
• THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS". FLASHMED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
• FLASHMED'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO ANY USER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THAT USER FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER IN QUESTION.
• FLASHMED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PLATFORM OR THIRD‑PARTY SERVICES.
• DOCZY AND AI SEARCH ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. FLASHMED EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY HARM ARISING FROM USE OF OR RELIANCE ON DOCZY RESPONSES OR AI SEARCH RESULTS. SEE SECTION 7A FOR FULL AI LIABILITY TERMS.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Murshidabad, West Bengal.
